Help. Volume drops/fades in and out!?!

In my crystal ball I see you swapping out the tube that "Pops when you tap it" and cleaning the socket it's in as well. Then in the near future you will replace all the tubes. Crystal balls are sometimes right but not 100%.

Sounds like it may be power tubes going bad.
