On Sunday night I moved my rack down to my living room to program some new sounds into my triaxis. After about three hours the buttons on the Triaxis seemed to freeze and the Preset display went blank for several seconds. Then the preset display flashed on and all of my settings had gone replaced with what I can only assume are the factory settings.
So today I reprogrammed all the sounds I had lost. Turned the Triaxis off whilst I did some other work in the house, then came back to it and turned it on only to find all my settings had gone again.
I can only think that the battery for the memory has gone. Is this something that I can replace myself?
Also does anybody else notice a lot of hum/noise when using the higher gain lead 2 settings? I have tried using the noise gate on my TC G major but can't seem to get a setting that I am happy with especially on my lead sounds where I like sustain.
