Help! No sound on Channel 1

hey guys, I just picked up a Lonestar Classic 2x12 and I love it. I've been playing it for about 3 days now and I put in my car for about a 6 hour drive and when I plugged it in again.....No clean channel. I overdrive channel works and when I switch to the clean i can hear a splash of reverb and thats it?? Any suggestions?

Try switching the V1 tube with a known good tube.
