Help! Lead channel dead on dual rec

I have a 2 channel dual rectifier and just after sound check last night my modern(red) channel died. Its not totally dead cuts in and out, but mostly out. So i turned orange to red and used just that channel all night. So I'm just hoping someone might know what this is or point me in the right direction anyway. Thanx

Hold old are the tubes?

the power tubes are 5 months old and the pre amp tubes are two or three years old. If it is the preamp tubes ,I don't have to buy mesa like I do with the powertubes do I?

No, but when the channel died, do you still get the channel light?

ya the light was still on. i'm going to swap pre tubes one at a time with a new one, or just get all new ones if it comes to that.
