Hey. That was ME who bought the screws. And I don't appreciate you all harping on me about it.

Plus - these screws have a way more organic tone and much less ground noise than the ones Mesa is using now. They're Zinc-coated and blessed by the former Pope John Paul II. Much more 'Jesus' sounding than current prodo. screws. And the washers - don't get me started. Less magnetic inductance/interference and zero-point peaks. Breathtaking. I plan on using them on my Crate Powerblock. Can't wait to get them!

be sure to check that the amp is biased correctly for "Vintage" screws...

Some amps come with a bias switch so you can switch between self tapping and drywall screws without biasing. I think I read that somewhere.
