I just wanted to pass along the link to Payne Labs (www.payne-labs.com) . I recently ordered a 2 button fs for my MKIIB in order to be able to make the gain boost and reverb footswitchable. Not only was the price cheap for an all metal boxed dual fs ($25 shipped), but I later contacted Ken to add 2 LEDs to it and he only charged me $10 (including shipping back to me). Turned it around in less than a week!!!
After reading about all of the horror stories getting aftermarket footswitches (e.g. from Analogman), I can't recommend Ken high enough - good prices, great product, great communication and fast service! A++
