This is the rig I will have in a week. I want to know if that is the way to setup the FX loop. Do I have to use two reguliar instrument cables for FX loop send and return? Wouldn't that be a little too messy? You know, having 2 extra cable on floating on the floor other than the pedalboard to guitar and pedalboard to amp cable. Can any of you post your setup? Is there any way to make it more simple without so many cables?

looks right to me... and it looks like you already know that time based effects (chorus, delay, reverb, etc) belong in the effects loop and serial effects like compressors, distortion, wah, etc belong in front of the amp.
you have to use 1/4" instrument cables for the effects loop. It can be messy but the better performance you will get from your delay and chorus will be worth it. you could tie the three cables together with some velcro cable ties, that will at least consolidat e the cables into one big cable that can go from your pedalboard to your amp...

Thanks ibanez4life SZ!,
Im a big fan of Tremonti too! Did you know that he is now using a Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamer instead of his Klon Centaur?

Take a look. He also got rid of the Bradshaw MIDI system and replaced it with a Voodoo Labs one.
