FS/Trade? Mark IV + cash or guitar for Mark V

Just recently picked up a Mark IVa - serial 1493 - super clean, and in good shape - i have the small logo on there, but also have the long plate... I love it, but I still miss the V. So, I have that, and can throw some cash in, I also have a practically brand new EVH Striped Series guitar that could be neogiated in (possibly + cash on your end), and I'll also pay for shipping... footswitch included.

Also, would sell the mark IV outright for $1200 pp/shipped
