Just picked up my second coli...moving my red st. mkIII head..Brand new tubes- appro.1-2 hrs burn in time on them..(yellow dots)..amp works and sounds fantastic..100wt/60 wt switch( will accept 34's on the ends)..chassis is very clean, tolex has some scratches..pm or email me for pics.750.00 and ill split shipping.."they" say this one is the closest to the mkIIc+ preamp..all I know is it sounds great...will sell for more on fleabay if no hits here...thanks...

Yo! What's up with the red stripe head that that you don't like? I have one that's a beast. The tone from it is phenominal. Would definitely prefer to get those power tubes driving on a standard III over the III Coli. If your definitely interested in selling, I'll throw over my email in a pm.

on the post a few back; weve had the mkIII and coli(both red stripe) set up w/diezel cabs and lehle a/b box..both heads literally sounded the same w/ 100wt mk on high,and coli in half power mode..BUT..when the coli is switched into full power,its bottom end is tad tighter,maybe overall a little more aggressive now...contrary to popular belief,the coli gets great tones at low volumes too....but ill tell ya, the mkIII 100wt head always gave me fantastic tone...never let me down and is my favorite of all the stripes...I guess i dont need both..the coli mates up real well w/ my diezel herbert.
