This is the best Recto I've ever heard. It's a Rev. F Dual Rectifier with the blackface/chrome chassis option. I've heard the Rev F's sound somewhere between a Rev C and D but I'm not sure since I've never played those revisions. All I know is it sounds better to me than the Roadsters, RoadKings, 3 channel and Rev G 2 channels I've owned. It's in great shape especially considering it's age (1992 I believe). There are a few nicks and scratches here and there in the tolex but nothing major. The faceplate and chassis look almost mint. Everything functions perfectly and it will come with a Mesa footswitch to change the channels. Feel free to PM me with any questions. No trades please. $1499 shipped and insured to the lower 48 states.

ebay ID is brad8873 (100%)
I also have several references on a bunch of different forums. Thanks!

Nice amp! What are the tonal differences between this and a Rev. G? I currently own the Rev. G Triple Rec -

Thanks! I think the Rev G has a little more lows but the F still has more lows than anyone would ever need (trust me I love a ton of low end from my amp). F is also tighter on the low end. The biggest difference to me is the F just feels more liquid. Notes and harmonics just jump off the fretboard for lack of a better description. That's probably mostly due to the Mark III transformers in the Rev F.

I just gonna say what I've said in the triple blackface topic: I love that amp man,and I would buy it,for shure. But I live in Europe and the modification for the 220v is a pain in the ***.Its the same old problem. The nice mesa's are in the us (tremoverb, racktifier - I've always wanted one of these) but the shipping and the current diferences are a very problematic issue.Wish I could go there and grab it :x

Yeah I feel your pain. I actually sold it on ebay last weekend but the guy hasn't paid and won't email me back so I guess it's still up for grabs.
