Will it fit a Mark IIc?

No. The attachment holes on the chassis for Mark IIB and forward are different than the Mark I and IIA. I know this because my C+ was a IIA upgrade (in the original IIA chassis), and the guy who built my head shell (former Board member GTS) told me so. Mesa changed the chassis with the IIB, and the attachment holes are slightly farther from the chassis perimeter, IIRC.

My IIB was one of the earlier ones, so it was put into a IIA chassis.....I found this out after I bought a IIB headshell from GTS...the sizes were slightly off.
