FS: 1984 Mesa Boogie MKIIC+ head

Up for sale is this awesome 1984 wooden MKIIC+ HRX head, purchased from a good forum member here. Serial number 14141.

Extremely clean condition, really perfect.

Factory IIC+, reverb, 60/100W, X101 export transformer.
I have optimized all the preamp section with NOS tubes: Tungsram, Raytheon and RFT 12AX7's, and a Mullard 12AT7 as phase inverter. All purchased new from Kcanostubes.

The amp was serviced at Mesa Boogie by Mike Bendinelli in person in November 2010, and is in perfect working condition (I will include original signed receipt). Noise level is incredibly low, and everything works as it should.

Sounds really beautiful, the cleans are on the same level as a vintage Twin Reverb, and the crunch, well if you have heard a 100% perfectly tuned MKIIC+, this is it. Especially now, with the NOS tubes upgrade.

Original footswitch is included.
