I don't think so. I think the bolt pattern changed between the IIs and the IIIs. Don't quote me on that. I'll try to find out.

BTW, do you still have a C-90 for sale?

Yeah, I have a black shadow and I have two Vintage 50s, all 8 ohms. The V50s are in good condition, the BS is in good condition and has a small repair in the speaker surround but it is barely noticeable and doesn't affect the sound quality.
