I've got 4 of these with a yellow color code. I don't know how many hours are on them as they came with my Lonestar when I bought it used. I do know the original owner sold the amp to Guitar Center with four years left on the warranty, and I bought the amp from GC with 3 years left on the warranty. The amp was in absolute mint condition when I got it, so I really doubt the tubes have too many hours on them. After testing to make sure the tubes worked, I pulled them out and installed hotter tubes.
New Mesa 6L6GCs go for $44 a pair. I can sell you 3 for $30 or 4 for $40, and that includes insurance and shipping, which would be USPS flat rate to anywhere in CONUS.
