I have Computer installed with Vista Home Premium ....
The Triaxis editor program is from 95' when I try to install it doesn't do anything ... What do you do to solve this problem ???

run it in compatibility mode. you can also right click on the install file and try "run as administrator", vista has a new level of security that even when youre logged in as admin it still requires "elevated" rights to install and run certain things.

try this link
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-compatibility-mode/

let me know how that works, i track vista issues at work all the time and would like to know how this one turns out for you.

i'm not at work today, but tomorrow when i go back in i'll try to steal one of the vista test machines for a while and try loading the program. i cant seem to find any good info about this online so first hand testing will be the best way for us to find an answer on this.

also which compatibility modes did you try? 98? xp? 2k?

Thx for helping me ... I can't start the installer ..

It's been a while since I have checked this topic ... I forgot all about this topic did you found a solution ??

ive tried, but have had no luck with it. the best suggestion i have is to use something like microsoft virtual machine to run an install of xp inside of vista as a virtual machine and do it that way. but i know most people have no clue what the hell i just said unless theyre a computer geek like me.

Good thing I don't have Vista and a Triaxis. All of my gear is setup using fingers on knobs and buttons.
