I don't see a problem you have with the Maverick that can't be solved with a road case. 8) .Yes, some boogies have issues being delicate and prone to injury when dropped or tipped over onto their faces. A buddy's heartbreaker is notorious for it, the folks at Radio Shack know him by name. Or did, until he got a road case for it.
