So I'm trying to get my hands on a 90's DR from a guy, but it doesn't have a footswitch included. Does anyone know where i could get one, or if my two button Marshall footswitch would work with it.

as you probably know by now, yes, the 2 button marshall footswitch works great on the DR for changing from vintage to modern on a 2 channel DR.

Thats the first thing to go from my marshall to my mesa.....followed a few weeks later by the EL34s :)

If this marshall lead only has 1 lead, what you can do is get a stereo Y ext lead to connect to it, 1 goes into channel switch input, the other goes into the fx loop input, turn the loop to Ext SW at the back and now you can change channels and effects loop on/off.

Hi, I use a row of 6 Roland FS-5L latch type pedals to control channel/loop/channel/reverb between a 94 DR and a Short Mav head. They are tough and switch without a pop. Also, they latch together and form a nice bank of switches. At 29 bucks a piece they are a real alternative to the Mesa switches.
