Fender "big dipper pickups"

Hey all. Im trying to find some big dipper pickups for a good price. Ive looked on ebay and found a pair for $499 but thats way out of my price range. any ideas or advice on these pickups would be nice. O i almost forgot, does anyone know a good shop for custom pickup winding?
