I want to sell my Mesa Boogie F-50 1x12 combo with Mesa Boogie C-90 speaker. Im selling it because I can't really play it in my small apartment. 50 watts is just too loud.

I bought this amp from a friend (who bought the amp in August 2006) in November 2006. I have played it for about 12 hours max.

The amp does slightly pop when switching channels with the footswitch and hisses in the distortion channel with contour mode. I have been told that the hiss is normal from this amp.

Comes with footswitch, Mesa Boogie pre-amp and power tubes, manual, warranty, cover, original shipping box and packaging.

Im asking $550. Shipping and paypal charges covered. I am a verified Paypal member. I will also include 2 free Evidence Audio Melody 6ft long cables.

Damn, if I didn't JUST buy my F-50 a week ago I would have picked this up!

Bump for FANTASTIC price!

Thanks.

Seriously ive probaly used this amp 3-4 times.

Its in my closet right now! I can't fire it up because itts too loud. And the walls in my apartment complex are so "transparent" that I can hear my neighbor's cellphone ring when in my room.

barneyc4,

There is a way to use your FX loop as a master volume, to turn the amp down, similar to the output level on a DC series amp. I have the schematic at home (I am at work now). This is very simple, easy and can be built for about $10. PM or email me if you want it. You will be able to turn this down to bedroom levels and still have the Boogie sound.
