Boogafunk is quite correct, in terms of an audible noticeable difference, there realy isnt anything in it.
However the 1st model (proline) was 300w and 2nd was 200w, and if your really going to be picky and technical there are very very slight variations.

just select 12 inch and electrovoice from the lists and hit search.
but as stated by boogafunk in terms of functionality they are for all purposes the same speaker.
