I've seen 3 demos on youtube featuring the multi-watt rectos, i'm interested hearing one that demonstrates the EL34 feature of this amp. I'm wondering if it will reproduce close to the same sound as a stiletto deuce or ace.

It will sound pretty much like any other Recto running EL34's. The Recto and Stiletto preamp/poweramp circuits are worlds apart. IMO you'll need to throw a GEQ in front of the amp as well as in the loop in addition to EL34's to make a Recto sound like a Stiletto, and even then it would just be "close".
Throwing 6l6's in a Stiletto will not make it sound like a Recto either.
