Dual Recto FX Loop mod

So I (my friend) did the fx loop mod on my Dual Rectifier. SOUNDS AWESOME! But.....
I really have to keep the send knob turned down way low otherwise
I get a loud buzz coming from my amp. Has anyone else experienced this after they
did the mod?

The fx mod works wonderful.
My Keeley modded Boss DS-1 pedal was making all the noise.
It wasn't a result of the fx loop mod.
Just figure I would let you guys know.
