Dual Rect Tube Question:

I recently took back a 3 channel recto from 2002 which had stock 6L6s from Mesa that were the 430 type. I just bought another brand new Dual from Mesa and it came stock with the 440 type 6L6s. One had a slightly looser tone but whats the deal between these two types of 6L6s that Mesa uses?

Hmmmmm don't quote me, but I thought the STR430 were the EH or Sovtek WXT+? Or something very close?

I run 6L6 WXT+ in my Rectos and they sound great.
