DR FX Loop Hiss

I recently swiched my non distornion type pedals to run through the fx loop and since then I have a huge amount of hiss on channel 2 and 3. Its not the pedals since I had them running out front with no problems. I was wondering if the FX Loop Mod hiss would fix the hiss of is that something I will have to live with? I don't hear any hiss from my loop, so I don't know what you mean. So if you run the loop off, do you hear the same hiss?
