I wouldn't have noticed it, but it almost does look aftermarket, and it is definitely dull.

But what's up with those lead settings? 0 treble, mid and gain. 8 bass?? :lol:

It looks like a DIY job to me. Someone could have stripped the tolex, and stained the wood underneath. There is not much figuring in the wood and it looks dull as mentioned. It doesn't look that bad, but it doesn't look like the typical Mesa custom job either.
