Hello, i have a Mark V and a 2x12 opened back Cab with 2 Eminence the governor...and i'm thinking about buyng a 4x12 cab...but what sound difference should i expect from that ? I'm not talking about volume, i'm talking about "balls", chunky and punchy sound...

What is the differences ?

A closed back will be tighter and punchier than an open back, with more bottom end thump.

A 4x12 will sound thicker than a 2x12. How much so depends upon the cabs in question, but an open back 2x12 to a closed back 4x12 should be pretty significant.

+1

Get a vertical 2x12 (Mesa Rectifier cab for example)..and you're not going to hear much/any difference in the studio/home practice...except for volume that will be lacking when its fully cranked up

4X12 will save you on outdoor gigs . you can also feel a 4X12 as well . I love mine .

If you had this situation :

How would you do the conection to you amp ? using the 8 ohns stereo mode ? Or the 16 ohns mono mode ? To run 8ohms stereo mode , do i have to pluck two cables too ?

Please don't run a Mark V into a bugera cab. It would be like putting heinz 57 on a kobe beef steak. If you must then run the 8ohm output of the amp into the 16ohm mono input of the cab. Keep in mind that if that switch is crappy then you could fry your output transformer.
