The BadCat is awesome.

The place I bought it has a zero day return policy, store credit only.

There are a few HotCat 30R's for sale right now, some real good deals,that is what I am after.


There are also some very good deals on Mark IV's right now. After listening to both amps recorded, the IV lends itself to my playing better than the V.

But right now I am after a HotCat or Lynx. It is the most organic natural sounding amp I have ever played

Rudy's in NYC does that as well. If the amp leaves the shop, they're not taking it back.

Yeah, it's not uncommon for music stores that aren't chains to have a poicy like that. You don't want a high end amp leaving the store and coming back a bunch of times. I knew that when I bought it. I bought my Lonestar there new years ago. I really didn't think I would part with the V and I may not, but there are some great deals right now and I would like to see if I can snag one.
