You can have one made for it with any features you like by the company that makes Mesa's OEM covers. I think it's Studio Slips or something like that.
Yup, it's Studio Slips, run by Susan Bendinelli, of the Mesa Boogie Bendinellis. They are first class, finest kind. I've bought three or four over the years. You can get pockets, holes for casters, leather reinforcements, extra padding, lotsa options.
