Custom Mesa/Boogie amp head and speaker cabinets?

Does anyone know of companies that make a cabinet to fit a short-chassis Mesa amp and a matching 1x12 speaker cabinet? The speaker cab would preferably come unloaded. I want something basic, no fine/figured woods or wicker grille, just something in this color scheme:

I want to convert my IIc into a mini-stack.

They look nice, but the prices are a little steep, and I need something tolexed, for durability and longevity.

I think http://www.jenkinssoundshop.com/ has enclosures with the MESA's Tarus tolex.

As far as the head chassis, you may have look where to get the tolex, and have one of your local cabinet builder build you one and the an upholestry [msp] shop to vinyl the head enclosure.
