Compare 50/50 and 2:50

What are the differences between the fifty/fifty and the 2:50? Aside from the vintage/modern appearence they seem very similar. I notice the bias option for tube swapping on the 2:90 where the fifty/fifty seems to be 6L6 only.

I'm looking for a nice pairing to go with a Studio Pre. The fifty/fifty seems the natural partner, but I have no experience with either.

Any other 6L6 recomendations, maybe something Simul-class?

The 50/50 gives you a low power (15w) mode that comes in handy.
Other than that, you listed the other main differences. 8)

Oh, and the fact that a used 50/50 will be cheaper to come by and it still kicks A$$!
I like mine.
