Clean vol trim

Hi!

Does anybody else have their clean trim always set for may clean volume and still need to boost it with a pedal to get parity with the gain channel? The clean channel sounds good but I just wonder if something is wrong? Mine's a 2x12 combo.

If you have the Volume(gain) set low then the clean channel won't be loud enough, even with the clean trim set all the way up. Balance the volume across all three modes by turning the Volume control up in the 1:00 - 1:00 range, depending on guitars, pickups, overdrive or boost pedals, etc. Extreme settings of the volume control will yield wildly differing volumes across the three modes.
