Hi.
I have a DR 3ch and I love the metal sound with STR 6L6 tubes, but the clean sound is breaking up to easy.
I use ESP guitars mainly with EMG pups and I know they distort easily, but I would like suggestions on tubes for the clean channel that dosn't break up that easy.
I do get really close, but not quite there.
The band plays kind of 80-90s metal/trash style.
Suggestions?
