and which of them you use the most???
i've always wanted a tremoverb i, almost got one in the nineties. Now theres a used one in a local shop but its just too big for my home use, if its stays unsold i'm gonna pull the trigger on it anyways i reckon. i am jealous of yours. bet you enjoy it loads

Since I got the Tremoverb a Month or so ago I use them both pretty much equally.
I love the fact that the tremolo circuit is aftet the effects loop also!!
The blues channel on the Tremoverb is better than the tweed or brit selections on the Roadster!!
PiggyBoy pull the trigger they don't come up often enough, I got very lucky in the fact that
my buddy won 2 auctions on ebay otherwise I would still be wishing I had one!!!
get the one with the detachable cord if you can. they fixed the LDR switching problem.
For the life of me I have no Idea why they quit making the Tremoverbs their incredibly versatile!!
I found the old Boogie cab I have on Craigslist for 300 bucks!!
Deals are out there but the Tremoverbs are definately hard to find!!!

How do the older cabs/speakers sound versus the newer with V30s?
speakers and cabs are such a variable
I have heard V30's in new and old marshall cabs and they sound
different in each cab. The mesa cab in the photo has the stock
90 watt Black Shadows in it. and the marshall has 75 watt celestions
I used to have a marshall bottom cab with v 30's. the tones seemed a
bit smoother. I like the old boogie cab the best, it is the speaker cabinet
that Mesa used to design the original Rectifier Heads.
I like them for different reasons. I can't say I like the oversized cabs
