I cant seem to level out my dry sound with my two loops on the Roadking fx loops 1&2

Loop 1 I have Eventide's Mod factor then a Pitch factor.. I use prolink cables and they are set to DSP bypass
Loop 2 I have the Time factor alone... that has the Kill dry activated and the wet is 100%, prolink cables

I try all kinds of settings with the loop levels but when the loops are turned off the signal shoots up in volume...

Is there anything Im not doing right here? Maybe the killdry is making the paralelle loop a little freaky with the levels?

I have wah, boost and a tuner going to the front and I use good cables...

are the older Roadkings known for doing this?
