I've just bought a Rectoverb Combo Series 1 and love it!! I use it with a Boss Gt-8 (4CM), and thought it would be nice to use it for switching channels, but since the series 1 don't have the jacks on the back I modded my footswitch so it has a jack input on it. It works fine if I shortcut the tip and sleeve, but when I plug it in the Gt-8 I get a lot of hum and both channel lights are on. Guess its some sort of groundloop.. How can I get this to work??
