I can't seem to get a good clean tone on any of the voicings on channel 1. Any suggestions? There also seems to be a bit of static.

hey Polly...give us some info-what guitar/pickups?...have you tried other guitar(s)? try another instrument cord? share the settings you have experimented with/also, is this occurring while going straight into amp(ie, no effects,etc...)?

I think I figured it out. The master volumes on the 3 channels were at higher position then the output master. I turned the output master up and the channel masters down and it seems to have fixed the problem.

Thanks.

The channel masters can add distortion to the signal. it gets good in tweed mode, for instance. gain 3:00 master 3:00, 10w mode, output to taste. :D
