at a show Saturday, rocked it with my Mark IV.

Our bassist is also in another band, and he plays guitar for them.

Anyway, he has a Dual Recto. He called me up on stage and says all he gets is Lead Channel, no Clean whatsoever. Not even with the switch on the back.

anyone have any insight?

Is it a 2 or 3 channel? I know the 2 channels need to be set to orange "clean" mode. If he was using a footswitch, the footswitch will only work if the back is permanently set to Orange, as well.

well, apparently, it somehow fixed itself??!!

You must have one of the ULTRA rare self-fixing Rectos! WOW! They only made like 50 of those.

haha, i dont know, i asked him how it was the next day and he said it worked fine.

*shrug*

says he didnt change any setting whatsoever. weird.....

I had the same issue with my ROV v2, and it was intermittent. It ended up going permanently and it was one of the switching ldrs. It also happened on my studio .22+

Dam Leaded solder!!!
