Hi,

I can buy a 395 poweramp with switchtrack!

hoe does this work? and can the triaxix switch this poweramp or should i buy the 2:90 instead???

anyone any info at this poweramp????

I have a triaxis and 395 and it is awesome!!

The switchtrack is cool, but I dont use it all the time, mostly on solos for that extra volume and bottom end with the deep extend.

Just plug it in and program the switching into the triaxis with the loop switch and when you select that patch the triaxis tells the 395 to switch channels. It gives a fair bit of variety.

However, I've not had much experience with the 2:90. It may be able to do all this and be a bit lighter!

Check out http://www.harmony-central.com/Guitar/Data/Mesa_Boogie/ for loads of reviews

Hands down 395 is a better sounding power amp than 2:90 is. But to use it with TriAxis... I'd go with the 2:90 in your case....

Could you tell me why i should go with the 2:90? you say the 395 is a better sounding amps and then you say i should go with the 2:90 i dont understand...

2:90 power amp is optimized for the use with triaxis, and you can also switch the modes on the power amp using a preamp (deep, vintage and modern)

I just sold my 2 Marshall 1960A cabs and took my Mark IV out of the rack! I'm selling it to buy me a poweramp and another 2x12 Recto Cab!
here's my setup right now!

The Mark IV is not in its original housing! The head was made by me a year ago. I tolexed it last week and finished it today!

I'm still figuring out if i should buy the 395 or the 2:90 I still dont know what the best option would be....
its hard!

Hee guys. thank you very much!

I bought a 2:90! it really sounds great!

my fears where weight and volume! this baby can even sound great on volume levels the 20/20 cant even com to. (i mean low volume)
And it isnt as heavy as I thought!

thankx!
