the effect on the first guitar the 1st few seconds of the song...

like a wavey kinda sound with the volume fading up and down....thought maybe tremlo but I think tremlo is more aggressive kind of on/off stuttery sound
the first guitar chord is ringing with the effect on before the 2nd guitar comes in at 03:00sec.....

its the effect on the guitar in the left speaker im tryng to idenfify.

im not big on effects at all...all i use is a wah....but i gota have that effect !!!!!! when i find out what it is

Sure, you just set a slow rate (or speed), and a shallow depth. Some tremolo units have adjustable waveforms, so a sine wave would give you that smoov sound, as opposed to a square or triangle waveform, which result in a sharper transition between the loud and soft parts of the wave. Sharper corners, dig? Like skateboarding down stairs instead of a ramp.

It's tremolo or a rotosphere type of sound. I really want EH's tube tremolo, H&K's Rotosphere, or BOSS's RT-20... any of them would make me happy...
