Boss DD-20 vs. TC Nova Delay

I have a Mark V and I know that is supposed to have one of the better Mesa loops, but I was wondering if anyone has experience with both the Boss and the TC delay.

My main concern is having my tone sucked!

I never had a problem with my DD20. I directly compared the two pedals in question side-by-side, and it wasn't a big enough difference to make me sell the DD. I have not experienced any problems with my loop, frankly.

That said, if you don't have one, the Nova Delay is probably a better choice, but keep in mind that while it will work on 9v, it won't sound as good as it will with its own included 12v power supply.

TC Nova delay is a great choice and IMHO is superior sonically than the DD20....YMMV
