Bext solvent for cleaning tolex

Hey guys, ,may be a silly question, but what's the best way to clean little scuffs and such on a Mesa. I occasionally bang the amp against a wall and will get a light paint scuff that comes off for the most part with just wiping with my wet finger. Is it safe to use goof-off or goo-gone on a regular black Mesa tolex?

I use Naptha or "Goof Off". Put some on a cloth and rub into the scuff. Sometimes a stiff bristle brush and mild soap and water is great. Take the chassis out, remove all the hardware and scrub. Then do the Naptha on the scuffs and even finish off with Armor all. Looks better than new.

I went to the auto supply store and bought a bottle of Armor All, it works great. Made all my amps look brand new.

thanks Guys....I'll try the suggestions although forcing a cat to take a piss is not exactly on the top of my list. :lol:
