Hey guys!

My band did a new recording yesterday....

It's not all perfect, but an ok representation....as always, the singer can't seem to record in key, and the solo could be better, but tell me what you think.

All the guitar tones are done with a Dual Recto into a Traditional 4x12....Sennheiser e609 panned 50% to the left...Shure SM57 panned 50% to the right.

I have to say, the two mics blend perfectly...this is the first time I used the two mics together, and the compliment like no other....the Sennheisser is nice and smooth with the extended range, while the 57 gives the mid and lower range punch to really make the part kick IMO.

Comments appreciated!

bass has a nice sound, especially with the little treble bite it has on top. However, it's a little boomy. Consider re-eqing the bass by cutting the frequencies around 30 and 40 hz. You can compensate the loss in perceived bass when you cut these frequencies by upping the lower mids (around 200-400hz).

Guitar sounds nice.
