I got my rack just recently for my G Major, and eventually a GCX and Pedal tray.

I've got my G major in now and it doesn't even fill halfway deep of the rack!

I've got it resting on top of my Mark IV combo and it's about twice as deep as it!

Is it the right rack? Or did I get a stupidly big none-guitar one?

They make shallow racks for FX but the problem is you can't get a slide out pedal tray in those. If your willing to sacrifice the slide out pedal tray you can get a shallow FX rack.

Buddy of mine lives in Knaresborough. In January I came and played at his 60th but I can't remember the town where the venue was. There are pics on www.myspace.com/ned911 . Very cool town York and the surrounding area.

Knaresborough...

I always try and get there around lunch time... *drool* I don't know if you know what I mean

Shallow rack eh? Might be worth checking one out.

Thanks.

Nope don't know what you mean. Been a couple of times. My buddy lives on the river near the via-duct.

Well...

They have an all girls school there...and they stay till they're 18..

Lots of hotties in the little skirts at lunch time...

Unfotunately, I won't be able to drool about that for many more years.

Haha.

Anyways, I'm sending my rack back to the shop and buying a compact effects one :) Thanks Ned!
