Anyone know where this part goes? Found loose in amp.

I just bought a Mark V Combo a few months back. Its been gigged with a few times. The Other day I found what appears to be a tube cover for a 12ax7 just lying in the bottom of the amp. I checked and all the preamp tubes appear to be covered. And this thing looked different than any of the other preamp covers. Is this suppose to be added shielding to one of the preamp tubes? I've noticed some added noise, and even picked up a radio station through my Mark V after I found this lying loose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tube cover for V1.

To add, mine has come loose a few times. I had to "flare" out the
notches so it'd hold.

V1 cover is what it is. V1 is hidden behind the transformer.

Be careful putting it on I chipped the top off of my spax tube :-(
