I just ordered one for my 2x12 vert cab, just wondering if anyone else has used one?

This is the little isolation pad doo-hickey right?

I make my own from foam and particle board.

I can see it for recording, but live, you want the cab on the ground with no casters. There's no other way to get that kind of low end re-enforcement.

That;s the way to get sound people can feel.

That's what subs are for...

I use it in my apt with a Diezel 4x12 frontloaded cab with V'30's and is quiet effective for not having the hardwood floors vibrate and also still you have some bottom end. I also agree it really should only be used for like home or recording use and live since you probably are playing loud of course; not needed live. JMO

I have one but it robs you of low end thump when playing live so I generally carry it with me to gigs but only ever use it if I have a venue specific feedback issue.
