i get it but its nothing to worry about HOWEVER if you are that worried about it just call mesa boogie and they will be more than happy to sit and talk and trouble shoot with u

Yes, I do and I don't think it is anything to worry about. For that matter, when I first power up my V, I hear crackling sounds that many have mentioned once again....nothing to worry about.

Off topic but related note:
While playing my V and footswitching between channels, I hear no snap, crackle and pops unless I am switching in 10W mode from any channel to 45 or 90 watt in any other channel. The manual clearly mentions to expect a "pop" when footswitching from 10W to either 45 or 90W power selections between the channels. This is expected and will not harm your amp per the manual.

Personally, I primarily run my V in 10W power for all channels while rehearsing (with no pops) and love the excellent sounds I achieve with each channel. For live situations, I run each channel in either 45W or 90W mode and do not encounter any "popping" while footswitching between channels in either of these power settings. For example, channel 1 at 90W, channel 2 at 45W and channel 3 at 90W......results in seamless switching between channels without "popping". Hope this helps.
