Any other good heavy bands like Russian Circles?

I like that they're instrumental. I want to find some good heavy music without all the dumb lyrics and crappy singing.

Yes, I know they don't use Mesa Boogie gear, other than one of the new Mesa pedals, but I still like them.

Couldn't have put it better myself. :D
Try these out. My current fave of the bunch (aside from Russian Circles) is Pelican.

Pelican
Red Sparrowes
Cloudkicker
Maybeshewill
If These Trees Could Talk
Barrows
Beware Of Safety
Oak

Also, don't forget Baroness.
There's some occasional singing, but it's not sappy and really takes a back seat to the heavy riffage and awesome arrangements. Very diverse and cool.
(Hope they are doing OK, they had a bad bus crash last year on tour.)

Animals as Leaders - 2 8 strings and drums, total awesome. Marbin - I saw these guys with Allen Holdsworth.

I don't know why I didn't mention my new favorite - Blotted Science, they are the best IMO! Marduk is another one, but you'll either love Blotted Science or think they're too outrageously heavy, complicated and too many time changes.

Forgot a great one:

Hedvig Mollestad Trio

Newest album All Of Them Witches is awesome.

Highly recommended.
