Over the weekend, I saw a Mesa 4x12 like no other. The cabinet looked like a typical straight cabinet, but the baffle looked like a slant baffle - meaning the bottom half was straight, but the top half was angled. Is this legit, or am I dreaming?

thats a staight cab with the slant baffle on it. i had one of those for a while and the thing kicked ***. you can still order them if you want but they're not as common as a regular straight or angled cab. there's actually another post where there is a pic of one right now: http://forum.grailtone.com/viewtopic.php?t=27502

It's such a great idea. They should have that as an option for the Stiletto cabs too.

im talking to a guy who has a cab for sell, he doesnt know if it is a rectifier cab or one of the smaller ones. the imput jack has model 4x12 4FB. Any ideas which cab this is? thanks

We should have a photo section on this site for various types of equipments...

I could swear I also saw a Bogner cabinet like this a year or two ago. It is a good idea but admittedly, would take a bit getting used to (for me anyway) :)

There's pics on the Mesa site. Here's one link.

thats a good idea. like an identification part of the forum so people can identify what they have or are looking at. maybe one of the admins can chime in about whether it can be done. i would help out with soemthing liek that because i think between everyone here we can get all the models covered.

Actually, it would be quite helpful. I'd be worried though, that it could get a little hard to manage - especially if people started posting non-Boogie stuff.

true but maybe what you could do is have sticky's for each model.... you could have a forum for boogie only, one for fx and one for non-boogie.
