Today my 60/100 ROCKED and sounded the best of the two amps at volume around 1. It sounded better than my Simul-Class! But tonight... (no one is home :D ) at Stage Volume (2 hahaha!) the Simul-Class version sounded UNREAL! She's ALIVE!! (Both out of the same Mesa Standard 4x12)

What war? It is simply a matter of the who has and who does not. There were 750 or so IIC+'s that left the factory with this option. It is rare to begin with. Due to the 60/100 being more abundant and a non option, it is less desireable. Like a 59' burst with more flame goes for $ 40K more than a plaintop. The Simul's have more gain anyway. On your Simul the gain has the .001 mod, so it has less gain than a normal Simul. You can run your treble higher to get a meatier tone though. Have you ever seen a 60/100 go for $3400.00? Even though you were the buyer !!!!

I'll have to post pics of my newest Simul-Class. (yup I got another :D ).
It seems about as gainy as my Non-Simul-class. :?: The newest one is #133XX.
I tell ya though... my non sim IIC+ is a Killer amp.
