I just swapped out the speaker cable in my Tremoverb combo with some Lava Cable Kimber 4VS:

I ordered the 3' length and requested dual-clips on one end, right-angle on the other. Same sonic signature, but more crispness and clarity in the high end. The high gain and blues channels just have a little more bite, and the clean channel seems a little more sparkly. Bass is still warm and round, no impact there.
For $40 and an easy install, it's worth trying out.
